A short introduction

Graduated, with great distinction, as a Industrial Engineer - Electronics, Ronny started his career in 1989 within Siemens.

20 Years of experience in a multinational environment, together with the knowledge gained from a constant learning approach made that Ronny is an expert in different domains and activities. From Service management, Operations, Program office and Human resouces he finally became COO of Siemens Entreprise Communications in Belgium and Director of Service excellence and transformation for South-West Europe.

In 2010 Ronny became partner in i4b Consulting where he leveraged further his expertise in Leadership, Communication and Change management.

Aside from his graduation in the Masterclass of Consumer marketing (Vlerick Bussiness school), he is also Certified as Insights Discovery® and MBTI® Step1 Practitioner.
