Ludo’s multi-disciplinary career started in 1974, at Philips Industries, initially as Electrical Maintenance Engineer (1) in Tech Support, later on moved to ICT (2), then promoted to HR (3), transferred to HQ to help start Philips C&P (an autonomous ICT Service Organization that merged into Origin and later into AtosOrigin), where, after successful years in Sales & Marketing (4), he promoted to Business Unit Director (5).

Over the years he has acquired expertise & experience in Management of - plus Execution and Change Enabling within - the domains of Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Business and Operations.

In 2010 Ludo became partner in i4b Consulting, where his strengths are in Strategic Alignment, Organizational Excellence, Communication and Coaching, with a key focus on “people”. Customer and Employee Satisfaction are decisive in determining his plans and actions.
